  • First consultation of the counterparty on SEV SEIR "Trembita";
  • Adding a new counterparty to the SEV SEIR "Trembita" Participants Catalog;
  • Adding a responsible person to the Application Submission Tool;
  • Providing configuration data to the responsible person.



  • "Standard" tariff plan:
  • First consultation of the counterparty on SEV SEIR "Trembita";
  • Adding a new counterparty to the SEV SEIR "Trembita" Participants Catalog;
  • Adding a responsible person to the Application Submission Tool;
  • Providing configuration data to the responsible person.
  • Consultation on QES for "Trembita" System;
  • Consultation on resource/information interaction registration in NREIR;

  • Tariff for technical support of SEV SEIR "Trembita" for one year, 8/5: >(24 hours)
  • Technical support for deployed test SEG and/or production environment:
  • Consultative technical support;
  • Monitoring the performance of SEV SEIR "Trembita";
  • Diagnosis and correction of errors in the operation of SEV SEIR "Trembita";
  • Technical operations for updating components of SEV SEIR "Trembita".
  • *** In case of exceeding 24 hours of support, hourly payment is applied according to "Tariff for technical support of SEV SEIR participant per hour, 8/5".
  • Tariff for technical support of SEV SEIR "Trembita" participant per hour, 8/5:
  • Applied in the absence of "Tariff for technical support of SEV SEIR "Trembita" for one year, 8/5;
  • Applied in case of exceeding the allocated time (120 min) for load testing of SEG and service.
