How to sign up to NREIR?
Follow the link: https://e-resources.gov.ua/#/. For sign up the person in charge must have a personal QES with the EDRPOU code of the organization.
Next, you need to take a number of steps:
- Click the "Sign up" button.
- Fill out the application. The finished application should be sent using the NREIR and also uploaded and sent with a cover letter to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in paper form or through SEI EA.
