How to connect to IS "Vulyk"?
The organization that created the administrative service center (from this point on referred as ASC) creates an application to the Administrator of SEI EA (SE "DIIA") in electronic form using the personal cabinet which can be found at https://cabinet.se.diia.gov.ua/ .
In the application the following information should be stated:
- full name of the organization which made the decision to create the ASC;
- EDRPOU code of the organization which made the decision to create the ASC;
- full name of the ASC;
- abbreviated name of the ASC;
- information about the head of the ASC;
- location of the ASC;
- information about the integrator of the ASC (name, surname, phone number, e-mail).
The application for connection is submitted in electronic form using the QES of the head of organization which created the ASC.
