How to block a certificate?
- The subscriber can block his own certificate (if he has a key and password) through the User program, which can be downloaded from the official website of the Provider at the link: ca.diia.gov.ua/download-all;
- In case of loss of password and / or key, the certificate is blocked at the written application of the Signatory, which can be formed on the site at the following link ca.diia.gov.ua/askrav2/?page=certstatus/ After the formation the application shall be sent to the registration point where the service was received.
How to cancel (revoke) / renew the certificate?
Renewal / cancellation (revocation) of the certificate is carried out by the written application of the Signatory, which can be filled in on the official website of the Provider at the link: ca.diia.gov.ua/askrav2/?page=certstatus
