How to recover the missing login or password?
If the user loses authorization data (login or password), it is necessary to:
- Create an official letter from the organization.
- In the letter state the reason for the loss of the password, the user's full name and the email to which the data for re-authorization should be sent.
- Sign the letter with the QES of the head of the organization.
- Send it using SEI EA to SE "DIIA" (EDRPOU 43395033).
If the organization doesn't have the SEI EA access, send an e-mail to email@example.com, it is necessary to sign the attachments with the QES of the signatory. A signature file with the extension .P7S must be added to the letter and application files.
